We are an EcoChurch

Our church building and churchyard are managed in as environmentally friendly way as possible. We are working towards the Bronze EcoChurch award and the ‘carbon-zero by 2030’ target.

From the Tidebrook newsletter dated June 2021

A native oak tree (Quercus Robur) has been planted in the bottom right-hand corner of the churchyard. Fittingly this was planted at the Creation Sunday Service as a symbol of our thanks to God for the beauty of creation; a sign of our commitment to climate change; and a legacy for the next generation.
